The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. If you are someone who thrives in taking ownership, delivering end-to-end solutions, mentoring others, and making real product contributions — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy ERP systems using Python (end-to-end lifecycle)
  • Interact with US-based clients to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Own and drive feature delivery with a strong "get-it-done" attitude
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team
  • Work collaboratively with product teams, offering proactive input into feature and architecture decisions
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused team culture

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience
  • Proven track record in building and deploying ERP or large-scale backend systems
  • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and system integration
  • Excellent communication skills – both technical and client-facing
  • Experience working with US-based clients is a must
  • Ability to mentor and coach junior engineers
  • Prior experience in startups is a big plus
